  • What are your opening hours?
    We open 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday and are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays
  • How can I contact you?
    You can contact us during our opening hours on 01444 450182, send us an email on info@sussexroaddarts.com, or look up Sussex Road Darts on Facebook and Instagram. There is also a chat box on our website!
  • Can I collect my online order?
    Yes, rather than waiting for delivery, we offer free click & collect from our Haywards Heath store. Please wait for notification before collection, or give us a call to confirm your order is ready.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards (including Amex), and PayPal. Alternatively, you can pay cash or card in-store.
  • Do you offer refunds and exchanges?
    We must be notified of any requests to refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Providing the item is unused, in its original packaging which is undamaged, and accompanied by a receipt. If the product is faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement, exchange or full refund. Please contact us via phone or email us should you need to arrange a return or report an issue. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Can I try the darts before purchase?
    We have a practice board available in our Haywards Heath store for you to try any of our darts before you buy.
  • What is your delivery timeline?
    Once an order is placed, items are generally sent out on the day of order and should arrive with you within 3-5 working days. We will email you the link for tracking once the order has been dispatched. Please contact us directly if you'd like to upgrade to a faster shipping method.
